Subscription Purchases

All Ring Sizer subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store. Payments are processed entirely by Apple, and we do not have direct access to your payment information or the ability to issue refunds.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a Ring Sizer subscription, you must contact Apple directly:

  • Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID
  • Open the App Store app, tap your profile, then tap “Purchase History” to find the transaction
  • Contact Apple Support directly

Free Trials

If you started a free trial and do not wish to be charged, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the trial period ends. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings under Subscriptions.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store account settings. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
