Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Ring Sizer ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Ring Sizer is operated by CODETIVE Pawel Boguta ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

Ring Sizer is a mobile application that helps users measure ring sizes at home using three methods: an existing ring on the screen, finger on the screen, or a string/paper ruler. Results are presented across multiple international size systems.

Measurements provided by the App are estimates intended for personal reference. For final ring purchases, we recommend confirming sizing with a jeweler.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Ring Sizer offers subscription-based access to premium features. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as displayed in the App.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store account settings.

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policies and must be requested directly through Apple.

5. Free Trials

We may offer free trial periods for premium subscriptions. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the displayed price.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse engineer the App; (c) interfere with the App's servers or networks; (d) upload malicious code; (e) violate any applicable laws.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, content, and functionality, is owned by CODETIVE Pawel Boguta and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. RING SIZE MEASUREMENTS ARE ESTIMATES BASED ON USER INPUT AND DEVICE CALIBRATION; FINAL JEWELRY PURCHASES SHOULD BE CONFIRMED WITH A JEWELER.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CODETIVE PAWEL BOGUTA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING INCORRECT RING SIZES OR PURCHASES MADE BASED ON APP MEASUREMENTS.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland.
